Hi all 

This card was made with the hunkdory Ocaasions set
I chopped I seperated the circle from is border with a speelbinder grand circle 
I then used the border to give it more of a frame and height
  for the circle.
Embelishd with hunkydory sparkles and the blue vintage ribbon collection

I also used the spellbinder shapeabilities fleur de lis and cut it into four to make the square bigger converting them to corners

the flower was made with Stamps by Chloe on white parchmnt paper and ebossed with wow powder and holographic glitter also used cosmic flakes in centre of flower.
