This card was made with Creative Expression foundation card
firstly I stamped the background four times with a snow flake stamp
four times and covered each panel with Chloe's wow powders
I then cut the die from the Festive collection frosty mini background

Next I used the Spellbinder elegant pockets at the side and the corners of the card embellished with pearls.
The topper is from the Scandinavian collection Oslo die.
The satin ribbon is from Creative Expression decked with a white satin flower
and a string gem
